László is the coordinating partner of the Alliance. He graduated in 1984/85 and passed the BAR exam in 1988. He worked for MALEV Hungarian Airlines as in-house legal counsel between 1986 and 1990. As Head of Legal Services of PricewaterhouseCoopers Hungary he had prime responsibilities to coordinate and oversee all legal services within PwC in Hungary from 1995 until 1999. His practice includes numerous international cross-border and domestic corporate, financing and other commercial transactions. With more than 30 years’ experience, he focuses on mergers and acquisitions. He also represents clients in numerous cases of litigation.
