József graduated from the Faculty of Law at József Attila University of Szeged in 1997, then obtained his qualification in economics followed by a degree in European Union law in English. After working as a legal counsel for a couple of years, he has established his own law firm and, as an independent legal advisor, he has been providing continuous legal services mainly for domestic and foreign-owned credit institutions and financial enterprises, as well as for companies operating in the field of insurance business. In the course of his practice, he has been involved in an interim work at a compliance division with a multinational financial company located in Sweden, in addition, provided legal support to several large-scale projects in the field of competition law, conducted and supervised numerous legal due diligences, and assisted professional organizations as a delegated expert. Besides having gained significant experience in finance, as a lawyer he deals mainly with corporate law and real estate related issues.
