Zsolt is the managing partner of the Alliance. He obtained his degree in law at Attila József University of Arts and Sciences. Thereafter, as a participant of an international student exchange programme he first pursued studies relating to the European Union at the University of Bradford in England, then, through post-graduate studies, he obtained specialised law degrees in banking law at Lóránd Eötvös University of Arts and Sciences and in the law of the European Union at Péter Pázmány Catholic University in Hungary, and furthermore a DPO (Data Protection Officer) qualification in 2018.

Since 2001 he has been working as an attorney-at-law and he has, for more than 16 years, been legal counsel, first to an international law office specialising in financial law, then to domestic and international financial institutions. In the course of his professional career he worked for longer periods of time as legal and compliance expert for multinational financial service providers in Austria and Romania.

Since 2008 he has been working as arbitrator at the Permanent Court of Arbitration of the Money and Capital Market, having built up arbitration experience through a number of arbitration cases.

Besides his work in law he is also a member of the Board of Directors of a Hungarian financial enterprise.
